From inventories and breakage deposits and key handling, through to vetting the guests and checking their identity when they arrive at your door, and making sure they obey your house rules, we have everything in place to be proper custodians of your home.

You just need to let us know when your home will be available for rental and leave the rest to us. We’ll advise and help you make your home Rental Ready and secure, and organise all the marketing and advertising, bookings and payments. You’ll benefit from a complete service.

Your appointed Housekeeper will ensure everything is ready, and will personally meet the guests at check in and check out, explain the house rules and be available to deal with any issues that arise during their stay. Any maintenance issues that occur during the rental term will be dealt with, and any costs deducted from the deposit or charged to the Homeowner as necessary. The Housekeeper will supervise the final clean and ensure your home is returned to you as you left it or even better!

Lead guests that take the property are over 30 years old. They are either families coming on holiday or to celebrate a special occasion. Or they are small groups that come to see West End shows or Wimbledon or other events. Or they are business people who are here for a conference or a series of meetings. All prefer to stay in a beautiful home where they can really relax rather than a more formal hotel. In your home they will experience London as a local and we will help them get to know a bit about your neighbourhood or London village – favourite shops, pubs, parks, restaurants and places to visit.

Your home will be clean and tidy when you come home. No piles of post blocking your door. And if you would like us to spring clean or carry out odd jobs for you it will be even better than when you left it! We can even shop for you so that you will have the fridge full on your return.
